Game of the day football catch up?

Game of the day usually Saturday night on football channel. Why if its recorded by Sky camera's can you not watch the whole game if missed on catch up or demand. If you miss it all you get is half hr highlights invluding ad break. Where is it? Unbelievable still🤷‍♂️ Any help please. Only on Sky+ not Sky Q so no answers to Sky Q issues.

Probably a rights issue: Sky can only transmit matches according to the billion-pound-a-season agreement they have with the PL: it being 'recorded by Sky camera's' doesn't mean Sky owns the content.
