Goos signal on input2 but none on input 1.
Changing cable inputs has no effect.
Is it possible to use input 2 only?

Thanks for your reply but I probably wasn't clear. Both cables have good signal but the sky box can't see it at input 1. Probably a bad connection in the box, so need to only use input2 but How?

You could try Single Feed Mode (the setting is in the hidden Installer Menu) which allows the box to work with a single dish cable, but I think the connection has to be to dish input 1.

Hi Marl39
Thanks for your respose however I have already tried your sugestions but no luck and single mode does restrict it to input 1 unfortunately.
