Upgrade to TNT sports

Hi, I am trying simply to upgrade TNT Sports to our existing sky+ package. If I go online, it always directs me to Sky Glass advert.  You are unable to upgrade via the sky remote either. It just seems impossible to do something that should be easy. Please advise?

Hi, thanks for the reply, what it asks to do, doesn't work on the sky+ platform

You will need to call to get it added to your account if you can't do it via your box or online. You might get the hard sell to upgrade to Sky Q but you don't need to upgrade to get this added.
