Find out more@PDDRUM If this is a no satellite signal fault, I agree with @Annie+UK - these are usually caused by a dish setup problem, rather than an issue with your Sky box. You could buy a used Sky+HD box from the likes of ebay (look only at DRX890 and DRX895 models as they're the most recent, albet still more than 7 years old) to see if it resolves the problem, but otherwise you'll need to engage a local satellite engineer to take a look at your dish and cables.
Sky never did fix Sky box hardware faults and they no longer have spare Sky+HD boxes which they could use to provide a replacement for your box..
