Calls cannot be received or make outgoing calls

Broadband is working, landline phone cannot make or receive calls.  When calling in the line is engaged when trying to call out get a dial tone but as soon as number entered it does not connect and just get buzzing noise.  Have tried all articles on site to check connection etc, just want someone to check th elandline number to see if there is a fault

Yes was working fine up to yesterday

You'll need to report it to Sky. If you wish we can ask their messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat so that you can do that?

If they can contact via this messaging system that would be helpful as contact by phone impossible now
