Package: Sky broadband superfast + Sky pay as you talk.
Landline has stopped receiving and making calls, though internet still works. Phone worked fine recently, on the above package. Have now bought and tried two brand new phones with no luck. Tried new phones, both plugged into the microfilter/splitter and directly into the phone/internet line to no avail.
Phone appears to dial number out but no call is made, line sounds awful.
Checked all cables,
checked microfilter,
tried with 3 different phones,
internet still works.
worked fine 2 weeks ago, using the microfilter/splitter.
Sky hub has no TEL port.
Any help appreciated.

Hi, thanks for responding. My router is the Sky Q hub, had it for about two months and working fine up until a week or so ago.

Hi,
I've gone through the Sky test, everything is plugged in correctly, using a brand new phone. The line port is the old fashioned one with just one port, using the microfilter also. This setup was working fine recently with an old phone plugged in, the microfilter is only couple months old.
