I rang on 14/3 spoke to Max who sent new filter not successful. Rang on 21/3 spoke to Aaron who said Yes the line is down, and quoted me a Customer Ref Stating that a Sky Engineer would attend our premises in 3 to 5 working days. Still no one has arrived. PLEASE HELP. \\\

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tony+Cross1 it's 2 to 5 days for Openreach to take a first look. In many cases it can be resolved there and then, but in others it requires further investigation. You could check with Sky to see if they have an update from Openreach but they don't always get one.
