Sky through Now account

I've been getting Sky through my Now account but I've not been able to access Sky lately. I get Error Code 410. Can anyone help?

I'm new to this way of working.  When I click on the link I get "Access Denied on this Server".

@Jofie  Try deleting browser cache.  As advised you need to contact Now TV, this community is for Sky provided services.  https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-to-contact-now

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
