I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later today.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
This link explains what happens.

Having had to wait several months for the refund of my closed broadband account credit balance and having to actively pursue its return, I am now in the same position with my mobile account, having switched to Lebara. Sky haven't returned my closed mobile account credit balance.
There is no function within the sky app to request a refund. I wonder why? The refund should be automatic, my direct debit is still valid.
I wonder how many customers don't follow this up and how much cash sky builds-up by not automatically refunding credit balances on closed accounts?
I don't use X or Facebook, so it looks like I'll have to 'phone them up again, once I find their number after going around in circles with the so-called help function of the app...

Do you see this credit on your account ?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it's shown as a credit balance on my previous bill and as a "balance carried forward" on my next bill.
