Disney plus on HOLD

I have Disney as part of package but it is saying "subscription on hold update payment details through Disney App.  Is this correct as all my payment details are with SKY and upto date

  • Are you seeing this through Sky or smart tv?
  • I would clarify the payment situation with Sky first.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

I'd be thinking the same. Sky's help in step 2 here indicates:

"If you already have Disney+ with another provider, contact them to avoid paying twice when you subscribe with Sky.

Don’t want to move your Disney+ billing to Sky? No problem. Just log into your existing Disney+ account on your Sky Q box."

So I think you'll have to cancel one or other.
