Hi all
Does anyone know if I need to have the Sky Entertainment package to get Sky Sports, or can I just pay for the Sports??
Cheers

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can't just have Sky Sports, I'm afraid. You'd need the base subscription as well - currently that's the Signature package.

you might want to switch from entertainment to the current sky signature base pack as it could work out cheaper but again you will need signature to get sports

Are you already a Sky customer @Broncoboy because if you are then yes you can add Sky Sports to your current package.

Yes I am @caesarome. I already pay for Entertainment and Sports packages but never watch the Entertainment stuff. Is Sky Signature the same price as the Entertainment package do you know? The website isn't working great at the moment so I can't find the prices anywhere!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's likely to be cheaper - and include box sets in SD at no extra cost. Best to give Sky a ring to see what they can offer you. It will be an 18 months minimum term, however.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe two options would be
1: renegotiate and see what sky would offer to keep
2: alternatively, you could opt to get the sports pack from NowTv, which would be a streaming service but same options of sky with channels. It does depend on your Internet access and speeds but it could be something to look into. It is also a 31 day contract and you don't need entertainment of signature.
