New customer?  First bills are higher due to in advance charging.

Existing customer?  Probably your in contract discounts expiring...

  • To add to what @PandJ2020 says if you are a new customer see here for an explanation - My bills | Sky Help | Sky.com
  • If its minimum term discounts ending and you have been switched to full list price then it's time to call Sky and try to renegotiate a new discount term (12 or 18 months).
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

@Simpsonisabella Check your bills for August and September. They should be for the agreed amount (he says hopefully)!
