Can not find my bookings in my sky

In my sky there is not a heading for my bookings

They should be there but I think you have to go back to the title where you made the booking to find them so have you tried this ?

I won a ballot  and in the email it tells me to go to my sky and then my bookings  there is no heading  for my bookings

In the terms and conditions it does say this:

Simply go to Sky VIP, then choose the relevant reward category, e.g. Free Sports Tickets, Finally select 'My Bookings'  at the top and follow the instructions to view your tickets.

Just to be clear the email I received tells me I won a ballot  it then tells me to go to my sky app and then go to my bookings there is no My bookings title to click on

I have added some extra information in my post which is above yours, as you seem not to have gone to the category in question.

Simply go to Sky VIP, then choose the relevant reward category, e.g. Free Sports Tickets, Finally select 'My Bookings'  at the top and follow the instructions to view your tickets.
