Can’t ff or rewind on recordings or live TV

I can't pause, rewind, ff through recordings or live TV on my Sky Q mini box. 
I've tried rebooting main Sky Q box (I can pause, rewind and ff fine on my main box), I've tried unpairing and repairing remote still nothing?

Hi @Roopops  Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
