Works when wifi turned off and have checked broadband settings. Only just started doing this, so don't know what has changed

Hi @paul3407 if this is working with WiFi off then it sounds more like a WiFi issue than a mobile one.

You have posted this in the Sky Mobile forum so are you saying it is working when on mobile data on your Sky Mobile but not when on Wifi and if so what is happening ?
