Competition entry email not received

I entered the Richard Hammond competition in the My Sky app.  The terms say I'll receive an email with instructions on where/how to upload a picture of my car but I haven't received this.

Hi, Yes, I checked my junk folder.  It's popped up now, just delayed by 30mins for some reason, the other competitions I entered on the app came through straight away.

 

Resolved now anyway, thanks
