It seems to me having signed up with Sky 25 November 2020 and still waiting to get connected, Sky actually put all the onus on customer. They send emails saying to log in for update, only to get error page. Why can't they just communicate by email. Ring is they say but don't give you the correct number and menus to navigate that all send you online. Do they actually have humans who read any communications? Having submitted a formal complaint by email, which I doubt has been read, my 8 weeks is up soon and I can complain to often 😃

Have you had any reasoning from Sky as to why you have had to wait this long? Its an excessive amount of time to wait for broadband so there must be a reason for it
