I have bought my son a sky mobile phone and wish to add age restrictions to it. I also want to ban premium numbers and sites - how do I do this.?

With regards premium numbers etc I havent seen that feature available from sky other than setting the spend limit to zero, meaning as things can't be charged they won't connect.
