Issue with some on demand content

I couldn't find an area of the forum to post this like there used to be so here it is.

Channel: Nat Geo.

Programme: Banged Up Abroad.

Series: 14.

Episodes: 5 (aka 4 in synopsis) & 6.

Issue: Audio tracks for both episodes are devoid of any dialogue.

I suggest you set a recording for this episode as it may be being broadcast on December 2nd at 12:00am.

Also, you can try turning on subtitles and hope they work.

Hi @gymno74 best thing to do is report it to the Viewer Relations team.

Both episodes are already set to record, 12:00am Wednesday and 12:00am Thursday.

I won't be watching the on demand ones with subtitles.

They've fixed episode 5 but not episode 6 yet.

Just got a response from the viewer relations team and they're aware of it and are working with the broadcaster.

Episode 6 still has no dialogue but I'm sure it'll be fixed soon.
