Keep getting reminders to return equipment but already have?

Hello, I have returned my equipment several weeks ago but still get reminders to return it or else i'll be charged, what should I do?

Update - Spoken to the customer and processed the relevant box exemptions. Issue resolved now 🙂

You don't need to call Sky as I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear on the right handside of this page.

I have returned my equipment, and spoken to an advisor and I am still getting reminders to send back equipment!

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
