Hello, I have returned my equipment several weeks ago but still get reminders to return it or else i'll be charged, what should I do?

I have returned my equipment, and spoken to an advisor and I am still getting reminders to send back equipment!

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
