Keep losing 2.4ghz, also hub keeps making a noise like a balloon deflating?!

Hi as above I keep losing 2.4ghz, have moved most my devices to 5ghz but a few older devices won't work on 5ghz.

More worrying is the hub keeps making a noise like a balloon deflating, bit worried it is suddenly going to go bang & catch fire or something.

How do you actually speak to someone? this forum seems to be the only contact option online, don't fancy sitting on the phone for an hour doing silly things that we know won't fix the problem.
