Mobile Account

I want to know if I can cap a mobile phone plan so no extra cost on top of the monthly plan.  I want this for my granddaughters but need a cap on the aacounts so they don't go over the monthly balance.

You can set a spend cap on the mobil account to £0  https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/settings

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
