Does the iPhone XR not come with a charge? The wire part doesn't have a USB end and has a much smaller part so doesn't not pair up with any plugs we have?

Hi @M.Tovey Apple have made the decision to stop supplying chargers now with iPhones, it's up to the customers to either use an old one they have, purchase a new one or get an adapter to convert the old ones.

@M.Tovey You can either buy a charger that uses usb-c or you can purchase usb-c to usb adaptors from Amazon, 3 for about £6.

(Assuming the cable that came with your phone is lightning to usb-c)
