Hello It's saying my next bill is the 1st of July but I don't get paid now till Tuesday the 12th of July, is there any chance I can change my payment date as it won't let me do it online

Find out more@Abigailxx Your are not talking to Sky, we are all cusromer shere, however it is too late to change the payment date for this minth, so if the Direct debit can't be collected on the due date Sky will try again 10 days later, if this fails they will start to restrict your services.

If it fails on the normal due date, Sky will try again 10 calendar days later. If that also fails an automated process starts whereby your services start being restricted. Be aware that we’ve been told that Skys Customer Service agents can’t stop that automated process.
We’ve also been told Sky don’t allow payment plans (except on a legitimately closed account) or promises to pay.
