Wifi has been noticeably slower for a week or so, but hoped it would get better. Today it's so slow it even takes minutes to load a webpage (practically sitting on the hub just to do this, and still only one bar). Went through the tests on Sky website, claiming I'm getting 70mbps. However my mobile and two different test sites have come back at 5mbps.
I'm WFH and all my calls on my mobile have to go through WiFi too. So frustrating.
Can't get through to a human, thought I'd try this. Can anyone help?

I've reset it twice today and moved the Echo further away. No difference.
