Hi Everyone.
I have a sky q 2TB. A Sony 75XF9005. The TV screen flashes exactly every 5 minutes. I have contacted SKY and an engineer called last week and changed the SKY Q 2 TB box and also added a SKY wireless booster. I have BT internet using a BT SmartHub 2. The engineer mentioned he thought it was an issue with the BT internet. Previously the TV was going blank for a few seconds every so often but this has not happened recently. The flashing every 5 minutes is still happening with the new SKY Q box, however, the screen going blank seems to have stopped at least for the moment. Any thoughts re solutions/settings appreciated.
