Sky freezing

Hello.  I have a sky q 2tb box in the living room, a sky min box on the 3rd floor and a sky booster on the 2nd floor.  When I switch on the Xbox on the 2nd floor I lose all connectivity to the sky mini box. I have the sky fibre ultra fast.... should this be happening??  Has anyone else had the same problem.... it is as if the Xbox is draining the internet to the 3rd floor

Is the Xbox wired or wireless? Is the network configuration on it automatic?

Thats weird. Are you able to move the Xbox as a tempory measure to see if it still happens? E.g. Move the Xbox closer to the router or Sky Q box
