Sky go extra

Hello, 

I am trying to watch sky go on my PS4 but an error is coming up saying that I will need to purchase Sky Go Extra package. I saw somewhere that I can see if it is a free perk with Sky VIP, which it was on my account and I activated it, but it's still not working. 
Anyone have any ideas?

Your post isn't to clear, is Sky Go Extra on your account now or do you need to activate it ?

Apologies, it was an option on my account when I scrolled through, I clicked activate and then finish, but nothing has changed. When I scroll through the options on sky VIP, it is no longer there but I cannot see on my account that it has been added anywhere

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear on the bottom left, middle or bottom right of this page.
