Hi @jarmstrong87  Paris won't incur any charges as covered by EU roaming which is included. New York will be £6 for 24 hours of your normal home allowance. This will be triggered by one text, one call or using any data.

Re: Travelling abroad

So just turn off data when in New York?

If you are not planning on using mobile data in New York then it is advisable to turn it off so you don't get charged should something update which then causes the £6 charge to kick in.

Hi @jarmstrong87  turn off data before you arrive in New York. If you wait til you get there the first £6 will be triggered as soon as you arrive and your phone connects to the network.
