hey there guys, please help me.
I am new to skyQ and "activated" Netflix on my box. HOWEVER;
My husband and myself both watch the Netflix all the time.
Only SkyQ downgrades the package to one screen only!
How do I upgrade to multiscreen please guys.
Thank you all in advance for any responses, and hopefully you guys can crack it for me 🙏
Stay safe
-Matt

Note that's the Sky HD and UHD packs, added to your Sky subscription, not anything from Netflix

Be careful when talking to Sky about multiscreen on Netflix as this is the term used for their own chargeable package for viewing Sky on multiple TVs via miniboxes.
Netflix multiscreen is completely different.
As has already been pointed out, you just need to add the HD and UHD packs to your Sky subscription to upgrade your Netflix to Premium which will allow you to watch it on four different devices in UHD quality. You do NOT need to take Sky's multiscreen package.

The number of devices in use at the same time is dependent on other SKY add ons as outlined by @GD1 above
