Having to wait 2 weeks for Broadband installation is a joke!

I had over 100+ of mobile data saved in my piggyback but due to having 2 kids, I have had to turn my hotspot on to stop world war 3 but now its nearly all gone. I feel I should be reimbursed but don't know how to go about it?

@rileyandscarlet  2 weeks is the normal lead time as per Openreach.

 

Perhaps if you gave the forum the full picture we can advise you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
