Hub hasn't arrived yet

My Sky Broadband is due to be installed on October 21st 2022. However, the order page of my account says the Hub is "coming soon".  Does this mean it hasn't even been despatched yet? When am I likely to receive my router?

@ShrikeIf your hub does not arrive by the day of activation then you can contact Sky to get you a router out ASAP.
