Every evening when we sit down to watch Skybour connection drops out ,This problem has been ongoing for the last year , I have spoken to your specialist on the phone many many times . My programmes are recording even with an x on the connection settings.however our mobiles also loose connection .If I were to move to a different room of the house my phone works and my Netflix. Walk into the sun room where my sky Q box is all goes it's as if it takes all Wi-Fi away .We are dew to look at out Sky contract in Aug and are considering cancelling,we have been with you over 20 years and we are just not getting what we are paying for .Can you send me out a new Sky Q box as nothing as worked up until now .

Hi! There , thanks for your reply .We have the box in the same place the last 15 years 9 meters away in the hall , boosters have been given to us for around the house , which I have plugged out as it's made things worse .Its becoming so frustrating, it still records anything that is series linked but if you want wifi connection to watch anything on Netflix or talk in a program forget about it .Even our mobile phones wifi goes .
