How do I actually speak to someone to allow me to access my account after I enter all the correct logging in details

I've got the exact same problem, it's the second time it's happened. The first time it allowed me to at least login on my browser but now nothing! I've called and they were useless.

I'm having the same problem and they said the same to me - Are you still unable to log in? We have been off since yeatersday morning. So annoying waiting for some important emails.. They have put £15 credit onto my sky account but I just need my email working.

Thank you for providing this link.
When I did it via the page reset it didn't allow me at all; even after I deleted all the history, cache and data.
The app was worse than the desktop and the agent was worse than both combined.
With the link you provided I used a different browser (Samsung internet instead of chrome) on a different phone and it worked.
