I received an email claiming to be from sky email asking me to update my Yahoo sky email. Being tired and just coming in from a particularly gruelling day, I stupidly clicked on the link in the email. I feel really stupid and I don't know what to do to fix the problem as I can't seem to find out how to change my password and I can't get to speak to someone at sky as the wait times are over half an hour. Any help would be really fantastic. Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can change your email password via here:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
If you installed anything then uninstall it and it might be worth running a complete spyware and viris scan if this was a computer you were using.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf all you did was click on the link, nothing is likely to happen. (except you will prbably get more spam)
If you gave them your login credentials however, yes change your password as soon as possible.
