Additional user unable to access email account through sky.com. any advice

What's happening when they try?

When they try to log in it tells them there is a problem with the account and to call a number but he isn't the account holder so I called and account was unlocked even though I'm not having an issue but he still cannot log in

When you called in did you tell them that it was another Sky account that you are having issues with as that is wasn't your main one ?
