Email password recovery

Hi Folks. I have been using Microsoft Oulook 2010 as a client to access my Sky emails in a pop3 account. I am in the process of moving to Outlook 2021. However, it asks for my password, which I just cannot remember. How do I reset it please? Thanks in advance.

@Geoff+H

For Outlook all you should need to do is to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of the usual password it uses, you can you can generate the 16 digit password here:

Mind you, you should have needed to do that for Outlook 2010 as well.
