Issue with e mail

We have recently signed up for sky glass . When we placed the order for sone reason our original sky e mail wouldn't go through so we set up using a different yahoo one . Now I can't access any of my original sky e mails and when I try to change the password it goes to the e mail I set up glass with . It's so frustrating as all my e mails for bills etc are linked to my original e mail address. The lady said they were having issues with e mail addresses so not sure what was going on. Here's hoping someone can help

I'm not sure what has happened here, but I think what you've done is create a new Sky ID for your Glass account based on your Yahoo email address.  As a first step, try logging 9ut from Sky completely, close all Sky web pages then clear your browser cache (cookies, history etc). Then  log in again using your original email address and password, and see if that gives you access to your email.
