My email will not load to my inbox for anything before 29th Aug?

Been having no joy with reaching any inbox emails before 29th Aug? Anyone advise please?

If you're accessing your emails via a browser rather than via an app, I'm afraid they're probably gone for good.

Yahoo mail has an unfortunate habit of randomly deleting emails

Thanks for that reply. Poor service though on the part of Sky. Why weren't browser users told of this issue so we could be more prepared for it if it happened such as archiving older emails i have to ask of Sky?

You would have to ask them. I'm sure they would apologise but probably point the finger at Yahoo as they provide the underlying service.

You could try Yahoo's recovery utility here, but I don't know if it will work with Sky Yahoo Mail: https://uk.help.yahoo.com/kb/account/recover-lost-deleted-emails-sln2552.html

You can probably avoid future problems by moving emails you want to keep to a separate folder.

This is quite a common issue with Yahoo so you might have been lucky that it has not happened before. It is up to you how you store your emails but leaving them all in the inbox is never a good idea with any email provider but especially Yahoo.
