Touchamil email client not working

Hi,

 

I use various email apps/clients on desktop/mobile & all are working fine.

One email client has suddenly stopped working on my desktop called Touchmail & this last  worked on Thursday.

Outlook & Emclient are both working & have no issues with emails, using same Sky email account, on same desktop.

 

IOn touchamil app, I have deleted account & when I try to add, it accepts my details/password & brings up the Yahoo bit giving access to contacts etc etc.

 

It then fails to connect & states an error #EM90, which says no internet & obviously this is all working.

 

Touchmail support has sais they haven't changed anything & i need to speak to Sky/Yahoo to see if they have changed anything

 

Any ideas

That sounds a lot like the problem people have when trying to use Gmail on Android.

The resolution to that is to not select the account as Yahoo but other and use your email address and a generated password, so try that.

However, if that works, I'm surprised you can still use Outlook on desktop.
