I have new phone from sky

i have cancelled my vodaphone account

I have a STAC code but already opened my sky account

how can I use the STAC code to get rid of my vodaphone account?

Try this link:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/my-number/transfer

If that doesn't work then if you call Sky n 150 they will be able to take it from you.

This seems to be for switching...

I have already purchased a phone through Sky and opened the account so I am not sticking just needing to close the Vodaphone one...will try calling. Thanks
