You need to give it time @Kate1708 as the escalation team at Sky only work certain hours so they should get back to you today sometime.

I have exactly the same issue, the ported number completed today i got the emails etc. I went into My Number tried to type in the number, it didn't save. I turned phone off and removed SIM put SIM back in and tried again, no luck. Can I request someone from sky contacts me asap

You say you went to add in your number so was the one that was shown there the temporary one that came with the sim or was there just nothing there ?

Hi I've done all Thts been stated to sort my daughters number transfer but every time I restart the phone it goes back to the new number not the one I'm transferring

I have tried this and it still isn't working, I transferred from o2 and received emails to say the transfer was complete however the sky number that I don't want still shows on this phone! Help!
