Hello . Help me find the purchase document Iphone .
They bought it for me last year. The phone was hacked by scammers. Now I need a proof of purchase to unlock it. Where can I write about this problem?

If the phone was from Sky then it is unlocked so what makes you say it was "hacked" as I doubt this is the case.

Was the phone from Sky, if so try resetting the network settings as it shouldn't be locked to any network.

Yes, the phone was purchased in SKY UK. 
My iCloud was hacked and I need a proof of purchase to unlock it.

So it wasn't your phone it was your icloud that was hacked so that is different than what you said previously.

Your proof of purchase should be the email you were sent with your IMEI number on it that should be in your message centre if you no longer have the email itself.

So look for your credit agreement in your message centre:

Hi @Kamil-Kaluga  if you didn't buy it then you won't be able to get the documents you require. You would need the original purchaser to get them from their sky account.
