Mobile data, calls, text messages not working

Hello,

I have been having this problem for over a week now, my calls, mobile data and text messages aren't working on my phone. I have had  the phone since November and it has been working until now. I can text people via wifi but green text messages doesn't work, I have paid my monthly contract and I have enough data and unlimited texts and calls so it should be working. I put my sim into another phone and the same thing happened to that phone so it must be the sim or sky. Please help.

Have you tried a replacement sim @Callum031  ? You can order one through the my sky app.
