Need to keep same number but activate my new sim

I've signed in but don't know were to activate my new sim and keep my old number

@Akadeb  If you have an existing Sky sim then you didn't need to order a new sim.  You cannot move your number from one Sky sim to another.

@Akadeb  Sorry can you clarify, you are with another provider?   Yes?  If so you need to get a PAC from them to bring your number to sky.
