Network/Signal/Data Problems

Recently switched to Sky from Vodafone and although promised signal etc would be the same I am experiencing a much pooer service.

 

If I'm indoors I barely get any signal, outside, data is poor at best. The deal I recieved is great but if its unuseable then whats the point.

 

Apparently a mast is faulty in my area, but cant determine how long for etc as my issues have been for many weeks now.

 

Any one else in Telford experience the same?

These masts are not owned by Sky so unless you can find nd out who owns your local one to ask them I'm afraid you will be stuck with this until it has been repaired.
