Receiving messages

Im able to send text messages but im not able to receive them anyone know how to fix this it has been like this for over a week now.

@Cherifahannah me too, I can send but can't receive any texts.  Sky say it's an apple device issue but Apple have checked everything and say texts are a function of the network provider.  Can't get any sense out of customer services.  So annoying because I can't access any bank accounts etc.
