Samsung cashback

On 16th December we purchased two Samsung A71 phones, these come under the Samsung cahback scheme for purchases between 1st and 31st December 2020.

I went on line to Samsung to claim the cashback but their website does not allow any December purchase dates to be entered. Has anyone else faced this problem? Is this cashback offer a scam?

I hope someone out there can help as there appears to be no way to contact sky about it and Samsung do not repsond to emails.
