Sky mobile overpayment

Hi silly me has overpaid my sky mobile bill how I done that I will never know anyway I paid on the 1st April and yesterday I paid it myself again on the app don't know why as I usual pay my sky account like this my sky mobile is not set up at d/d it just comes out of my bank card on the 1st of the month so now I am panicking are sky going to take it out again from my card on the 1st May but it's in credit ??

They might well do although the credit (if you want it left there and not refunded) should be used.

If you payment details are a card then Sky will take the payment from you each month so there is no need to pay it yourself.

 

To get you some help with a refund on the credit on your account I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Hi there yes that's what usually happens and they did on the 1st of April but I went onto my app thinking I was paying my account and then on and payed my sky mobile again so now I'm in credit what am asking is will sky try and take money out in the 1st if I'm in credit checking to see if it's automatic?
