Discussion topic: Sky voicemail mobile packed up.

My sky voicemail mobile packed up six weeks ago. Tried all normal even changed phones and new sim. Tried codes which won't work. Rang sky just go around houses nothing. The voicemail is a vital requirement for my business so unless I can fix looks like end up changing provider. Any suggestions out there. Peter
